GPS INTERFERENCE TESTINGThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued the following notice of GPS interference testing that may result in unreliable or unavailable GPS signal from the surface to altitudes greater than 99,000 ft on 8 - 13 March 2026.

The impacted area covers the following (please see the advisory’s map):
- Northeastern North Carolina
- Southeastern Virginia

The testing will be conducted each night from 11:00 pm EDT to 6:00 am EDT starting on the evening of March 8th through the morning of March 13th.

SERVER MAINTENANCEThe next scheduled server maintenance will be Sunday, March 15th, from 4:00 am to 12:00 pm EDT.

Please be prepared to not have access to the network from 4:00 am to 1:30 pm EDT. On that day, the CORS/RTN Manager will send a follow-up email to all users after he has rebooted the servers and checked to make sure that everything is working properly.

- Most of North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia
- Northern part of South Carolina east of Spartanburg and Newberry
- Northeastern tip of Tennessee

The testing will be conducted each day in two sessions:
- 7:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT
- 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT
